The Lambda robot passed all the highly demanding tests required by the various applicable standards for an electromechanical medical device. This includes EMC testing simulating storm and other external perturbations, electrical safety for the users and software safety according to a specific standard. The engineers of the test lab pushed the device really hard and tested it in all possible ways. It was recognised as compliant by multiple international standards required for the CE mark, such as IEC62304, IEC60601-1, etc.
