Lambda Health System SA received a Seed loan of CHF 100'000 from the Foundation for Technological Innovation (FIT). This type of interest-free loan is aimed at young companies in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, in the phase of prototyping and commercial development of the product.
Lambda Health System presented its innovative robotic structure during the EPHJ/EPMT/SMT at Palexpo Geneva in june 2016. Its CEO and CTO also presented the project in 3 different pitch sessions during the event which led to interesting discussions and contacts.
Yannick Charrotton and Aurélien Fauquex, co-founders of LHS,
participated in the "Business Creation" training given by the CTI
Entrepreneurship Training program at EPFL Innovation Park. A very
interesting course with remarkable speakers and a lot of brilliant
advices for our business.
The Lambda went through all the highly demanding tests required by the various applicable standards for an electromechanical medical device. This includes EMC testing simulating storm and other external perturbations, electrical safety for the users and software safety according to a specific standard. The engineers of the test lab pushed the device really hard and tested it in all possible ways. It was recognised as compliant to various international standard required for the CE mark, such as IEC62304, IEC60601-1, etc.
Come and visit the LHS stand at the STIL (Salon des Téchnologies et de l'Innovation de Lausanne) which takes place at Swiss Tech Center EPFL on May 22, 2014. Our CEO, Aurélien Fauquex will pitch our project and present some difficulties of innovation during this afternoon.
Aurélien Fauquex, CEO of LHS and Dr. Frischknecht from CHUV will present a course at the Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation Service of CHUV. This internal training focuses on the topic of the rehabilitation robot serving mirrors neurons.
